This week, our consortium gathered in Bordeaux — and even though we’re already three quarters into the project, it felt like a new chapter. We were thrilled to welcome new partners and new colleagues who joined us for the first time.
A special highlight was visiting our French pilot area in Tabanac. While we didn’t see heat pump installations yet, it was extremely valuable to understand the local building typologies and the context in which collective renovation will take place.
📝 Fun fact: Many of our French partners were consulting pilot customers at the time our group photo was taken — a good reason why they’re missing from the picture!
The exchange of experiences between France, Italy and Germany was incredibly enriching. Discussing challenges, successes and practical insights across our pilot countries gave us a clearer view of what’s ahead.
