We’re thrilled to support OHKW – Ohne Hände keine Wende in their role within LIFE Renew It, an ambitious EU-funded project tackling energy poverty and enabling collective self-retrofitting in vulnerable districts across Germany, France, Latvia, the Netherlands, and Spain.
💡 At ShiftUp, we believe the energy transition must be built from the ground up – with people, skills, and participation at the center. That’s why we’re taking the lead in developing a local skill diagnosis tool to identify talent, match it with real retrofit tasks, and connect it to relevant training opportunities. Eventually, our ShiftUp platform will power this process in real-world pilots across Europe.
